Go Sport Green Apple Smoothie
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 medium banana, broken into chunks
- 1/2 medium Granny Smith apple, cut in slices
- 1/2 cup kale, torn into pieces
- 6 crescent shape ice cubes
- Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
- Cover and blend on AUTO SMOOTHIE setting or PULSE a few times, then blend on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds.
