Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into eighths
  • ½ peeled and pitted ripe avocado
  • ½ cup green grapes
  • 1 large kale leaf, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
  2. Cover and PULSE a few times, then blend on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds.
