      Quick and healthy green apple kale smoothie

      Simply add the apple, banana, kale and juice and blend. We're still getting the refreshing boost we crave from a healthful whole juice snack, but with a personal sized blender, it’s convenient and fits into any lifestyle.


      Go Sport Green Apple Smoothie

      Yield: Serves 1
      Author: Hamilton Beach Test Kitchen


      • 1/2 cup apple juice
      • 1/2 medium banana, broken into chunks
      • 1/2 medium Granny Smith apple, cut in slices
      • 1/2 cup kale, torn into pieces
      • 6 crescent shape ice cubes


      1. Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
      2. Cover and blend on AUTO SMOOTHIE setting or PULSE a few times, then blend on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds.
