Can you believe it’s already November? This is the month where most people look at the calendar and realize the year is almost over. “Where did it go?” they ask, knowing no one else can answer because every one of us feels the exact same way.
Cold weather has settled in at our headquarters in Richmond, Virginia, and we’ve been embracing fall flavors in every way, especially pumpkin. The pumpkin food craze starts in late September and continues until December, so we wanted to figure out a way to celebrate the big orange squash in a smoothie. It’s all part of #Smoovember, our tribute to fall-inspired smoothies made in our Smoothie Smart blender. During the month of November #Smoovember, we’ll bring you some great fall smoothie recipes and host weekly giveaways with an incredible grand prize in week #4.

Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups ice cubes(20 crescent shape)
- Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
- Cover and blend on AUTO SMOOTHIE setting or PULSE a few times, then blend on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds.
