This is How we Breakfast featuring the Breakfast Sandwich Maker

The Breakfast Sandwich Maker is one of my favorite appliances. I’m sure you’re thinking “she’s biased,” and of course I am to an extent, but I am being honest when I say I use the Breakfast Sandwich Maker multiple times a week (and have gifted them to family and friends. You’re welcome.) I’d also like to take a moment to shout out my Hamilton Beach single-serve blender as it also makes my breakfast world go round. But when I’m rushing to get out of the door on time (sometimes unsuccessfully, sorry boss!), the Breakfast Sandwich Maker is a huge help. I can finish brushing my teeth or putting on my shoes while it cooks and take it to-go in the car. I know plenty of my colleagues here at Hamilton Beach are active Breakfast Sandwich Maker users so I talked to a few people in the office to see what breakfast creations they eat in their own homes.

Transform Thanksgiving Leftovers into Slow Cooker Turkey Tetrazzini

Once Thanksgiving is over, it’s time to get creative in the kitchen and brainstorm different ways to use up all of those leftovers. While my go-to is simply turkey on white bread with way too much mayonnaise and cracked black pepper, you can only eat so many turkey sandwiches (that’s not true, I could eat them everyday). But for those of you who want something a little more exciting, try adding leftover turkey to soups, like Turkey Tortilla Soup, or using it as an add-on to your favorite fall salad.

Sweet and savory pie crust chips

Do you always have plenty of extra flour and butter in the kitchen after the pre-Thanksgiving bake-a-thon? Instead of baking yet another pie (4 or 5 have a date with our Thanksgiving table already) try repurposing pie crust and making a festive appetizer.

Sous Vide Turkey Breast with Orange-Rosemary Butter

Every year on the fourth Thursday of November we gather around the table with family and friends to give thanks and share a delicious meal (it’s admittedly my favorite meal of the year). At the center of this delicious meal is the star of the show – the turkey.

Center Stage: Spiralizer Honey Mustard Sweet Potato Salad from Kevin is Cooking

Fall is here and I for one am looking forward to a switch up in dining and baking. While I am a huge BBQ and grilling fan, it’s nearing slow cooker season, heartier meals and comfort food. Now comfort food doesn’t have to be unhealthy either. Check out this beautiful Honey Mustard Sweet Potato Salad, made using the Hamilton Beach 3-in-1 Electric Spiralizer.

Apple Herb Roasted Turkey & Turkey Breast

The roaster oven is a home cook’s best friend on Thanksgiving Day. Whether you are using it to cook a whole turkey, bake a casserole for a crowd, or keep food warm on a buffet, it allows you to be truly flexible on one of the most hectic meal-planning days of the year.
