Freshly made juice is ever-growing in popularity, and as it does, people are becoming more adventurous with their ingredients. Long gone are the days of just apple or orange juice. Now, there are so many creative blends that deliver on health AND flavor - a welcome combination!
One of my favorite fruit and vegetable fusions is this juice with beets, oranges, carrots and ginger. It has a gorgeous color, thanks to those beets and carrots, and it has a zingy kick from the ginger. I love waking up to this invigorating juice, and it makes a great energy booster in the afternoon, too.
