    Laurie’s career started when Santa gave her an Easy Bake Oven, but since then, she’s worked for large food companies developing recipes and styling food for print ads and TV. She has continued her recipe development here at Hamilton Beach, where she works in the Consumer Test Kitchen. Off the clock, Laurie is a self-professed chocolate addict. Luckily, she’s got the baking skills to feed the habit.
